Jeff Hill

Vice President, Corporate Business Development

Jeff is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in building a best-in-class organizations. He has over 30 years of comprehensive, hands-on HR and sales experience within the industrial and manufacturing industries. At BHS, his primary responsibility is developing and marketing BHS’ programs and services to employers, benefit consultants and brokers as well as industry groups.

Prior to BHS, Mr. Hill served as Director of Human Resources, Director of Talent Management and District Sales Manager for industry-leading companies such as O’Neal Steel, Mayer Electric and Lowe’s. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in business and marketing from Clark State University. His credentials include: a Professional Accreditation in Adult Learning, Training and Development from the University of Alabama and Master Trainer status in Sales & Leadership from Achieve Global.

Professional affiliations include the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Metal Service Center Institute, United Way of Central Alabama and local SHRM chapters.
